This is a mousepad featuring a screenshot from Riven.

This mousepad was sold as part of the "Gear for the Journey" box set, advertised as a "MYST Sneak Preview Mousepad". This mousepad was also advertised seperately inside the September 1997 issue of Wired Magazine for a price of $6.95 (incorrectly called a "Myst Island mousepad").

Notably, the mousepad is branded with "Myst: The Fifth Age" (the working title at the time) instead of "Riven". The copyright notice is dated 1996.

The only noticeable difference between this render and the final game is that the color code on this dome is purple instead of blue.
